Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (vintage collectibles, alcoholic beverages, and consumables), all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alfred@skunkwerx.online with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
